This is a group for 11 years old & over swimmers who wish to continue building their skill set. Swimmers who join Regional want to start into competitive swimming, get more fit or increase their skills.  The focus of the group will be to improve both skills and fitness levels.

To be eligible to attend competitive meets swimmers must be training a minimum of 2 practices per week.


Swimmers have the choice on the number of practices and which days they sign up for. Practices are made up of 30 minutes of dryland activities which can include exercises (indoor and outdoor, weather permitting) and 60 minutes of swimming.
