Brad Reid Memorial Invitational - November 7 to 9, 2025
The weekend of November 7 to 9, 2025 saw 34 Delta Sungod Swim Club members compete at this popular annual event in Coquitlam. This was the first real test for swimmers this season as it was a heats and finals meet that brought together some of the fastest swimmers in the Lower Mainland. Many Sungod members were capable of getting through the heats and swim finals.
Medalists include;
- Grace Bruneau; 1st 100 fly, 2nd 200 IM & 400 IM, 3rd 200 fly
- Mia Bruneau: 2nd 200, 400 & 800 free, 3rd 100 breast
- Noelle Evan's: 2nd 100 breast
- Rachel Liu: 2nd 50 free, 3rd 50 back,
- Madelyn Paredes Troughton: 1st 50, 100 & 200 breast, 3rd 100 free
- Gabrielle. Want: 3rd 100 fly
- Emma Zhang: 2nd 200 IM, 3rd 100 fly
Other finalists include; Ben Gangoso, Kaia Hall, Shih-fu Hsieh, Oliver Lee, YuXin Hu, Taishon Sugrive & Theo Wong
The following also competed very well at the meet with a bunch of personal bests; Nobel Chauhan, Elijah Chen, Ted Dadwal, Will Eisenhower, Ishi Haldar, Boris Kamaldin, Monica Paredes Troughton, GAneev Purba, Riya Rai, Zadok Sogbohossou, Lekhya Vijay, Jayden Tanya Villacorta, Janek Vipler, Kairae Wang, Kaiyo Wang, Yolanda Wang and Yoram Wang.
