This is the highest level of swimming that you can take part of in Canada. It is a selection meet for the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. It is a tour team selected off the winners of the various events and if their times meet a FINA standard.
This meet is held at my favorite pool in this country, the Montreal Olympic Park. A beautiful and fast pool that was built for the 1976 Olympics which a friend of mine won a silver medal (ya, I'm old, leave it alone).
An exciting experience for any swimmer to attend. If you qualify, you go.
