We will be holding a sports nutrition talk with Cristina Sutter, a registered Dietitian who specializes in sport.

We will talk about fueling practices, swim meets, recovery nutrition and key nutrition themes for swimmers.

We will also be introducing 2 special work groups for senior athletes (ages 13 & up). They are for any swimmer in the club who is age appropriate. https://elitedietitians.com/group-sport-nutrition-coaching/ . These groups are specific to males and females. There is a cost to each athlete but it can be covered by extended health plans that cover registered dietitians.
