Swim Parent 101 - an education session for DSSC parents!
Are you a new swim parent? Or not sure how to use the team website? Confused about fun meets vs. PASS meets vs. LMR meets? Interested in learning how to earn participation points? Have no idea how to help your child put on a swim cap? Or just need a refresher about how the club works? If you have questions about being a swim parent, this session is for you!
Several of our board members (who are experienced swim parents) will provide answers to the frequently asked questions about being a swim parent. Plus a special guest appearance by our head coach Kurt Murphy! Join us for an informal Q&A session and get the answers to all your swim parent questions.
We'll be in the rink-side conference room.(accessed via the sliding doors to the far right of the pool entrance.) Due to the size of the room, we ask that only one parent/guardian join and that no children attend.
Please declare your attendance so we know how many people will attend (it will say you're signing up a swimmer but we will ignore that.) See you then!
